Unfortunately, clouds obscured sunrise on Easter morning 2006. However, many hearty worshipers braved the cold and cloudy dawn to worship our risen Savior.

The Easter Sunrise Worship Service was conducted at Schooner Head Overlook in Acadia National Park.

People from all over the world come to Bar Harbor to participate in this worship service.

The Board of Deacons sponsors a breakfast following the Easter Sunrise Service. The church renovation project precluded having the breakfast at the church in 2006. Reverand Reed graciously offered the use of the parsonage.

The Easter worship service at the church began with a flourish as the congregation rejoiced in the ressurection.
