One of the major objectives of the Honduras Mission Team was to build a bridge between two communities. Here, members of the Mission Team, Eric (far left) and his father Tony (second from right), pose with Honduran bridge workers. Note the forms and reinforcement bars for the bridge supports. The very hot ambient temperatures in Honduras required many breaks.
This photograph shows members of the Mission Team, Eric and Sally (center), helping to mix concrete for the bridge.
Eric and Mike (left to right) of the mission team are shown in this photograph helping to transport concrete in wheel barrows to the bridge site.
Another objective of the Mission Team was to get acquainted with their hosts. Here a team member, Sally, is reading to a group of Honduran children.
Another major objective of the Mission Team was to provide medical care. Here, Honduran children wait their turn to be examined by the Mission Team's doctors and other medical professionals. The adults are Mission Team members from left to right Kathy, Debbie and Donna.
The medical part of the Mission Team is shown here taking a well-deserved break in the pharmacy area. Hundreds of Hondurans received medical care from the team. The team members in the foreground from left to right are Paula, Donna, Dave, Dusty and Mary.
Participation in worship services was another objective of the Honduras Mission Team. The team took part in many worship services including this baptism in the Lindo River.
